Advice :
Unlike white quinoa, red quinoa is cooked with a ratio of 2 cups of water (or broth) to 1 cup of quinoa. After rinsing the quinoa well, simply place it in a cauldron with the right amount of water (or broth), bring it to a boil and simmer over low heat for 12 to 15 minutes. The quinoa is ready when it is translucent and the white germ forms a visible spiral outside the grain. You will get a product that remains crunchy to the tooth!
